Graphite Grade–S is a fire-retardant foam sheet that’s tough where it counts. It reaches Class B1 (GB8624-2012) standards, so if a spark lands, it won’t fan into a fire—self-extinguishing, basically. The graphite expanded polystyrene panels are light, easy to cut or shape, and hold their form even after handling, which is a small blessing if you’ve ever wrestled with heavier boards. HUASHENG S-grade EPS fire retardant panels are perfect for molded products or ready-to-install panels; it’s a mix of practicality and safety.

Product Introduction
Graphite Grade–S is a flame-retardant EPS foam that reaches a Class B1 fire rating (GB8624-2012). The panels and molded products made from graphite expanded polystyrene are self-extinguishing, which is kind of a relief when you think about safety in buildings or storage. S-grade fire retardant foam sheet’s thermal conductivity sits around 0.033 W/(m·K), so it keeps heat in—or out—better than your average foam. After foaming, density usually lands between 15 and 35 kg/m³, giving a nice high expansion ratio while staying fairly sturdy. Whether for insulation or safe packaging, S-grade graphite EPS insulation material is the best choice.
