The Standard Grade – E is a widely used EPS material, compatible with automatic vacuum forming machines, electric drive forming machines, and traditional lifting hydraulic presses. With a standard foaming rate, it produces uniform, lighter-density bubbles at 13 g/l or higher. This material is particles in a single cycle. It works best for products with a foaming density and is versatile and popular among EPS panel manufacturers, used for expanded polystyrene EPS panels, polystyrene cladding panels, EPS building panels, and EPS foam cladding, as well as in electrical packaging, thermal insulation, handicrafts, and decorative items.
